Tami Canterbury has 15+ years staffing experience and is considered an expert in staffing Radiation Oncology & Radiology/Imaging. Tami is certified by NAPS in both Personnel Staffing (CPC) and Temp Staffing (CTS). Tami has developed a Team of Account Managers and Recruiters who have adopted the customer service platform “The Pinnacle Way” to amaze our clients and customers with outstanding commitment, service and integrity.

At Pinnacle Staffing, we do business differently. Our goal is to determine what your Ultimate Scenario is, whether a new Client or new Candidate. We achieve this by asking questions and getting to know You. We collect this information on either a Job Order form or Career Evaluation so we can accurately reflect your goals and intentions. With every conversation we will be modifying this initial information, so we know you or your center as well as you do!

And here is the truth about Staffing, it is a lot like taking an airline flight. When you start on your trip you have no idea how it will go. Neither does the pilot! Certainly, the pilots will use all their experience to navigate the storms, look for the smoothest flight possible, and keep you informed along the way, but if they are completely honest, they cannot guarantee a turbulence free trip.
