Tips On Becoming A Traveler

Can’t Move Permanently? Travel for us! Retired? Don’t sit on the couch – Travel for us! In Between Jobs? Travel for us!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Typically, locum assignments are filled in 24-48 hours, so you need to respond quickly.

When we take an Assignment we find out the technology, staffing, patient volumes and why this position is open.

We’ve been doing this a long time, and want you to only operate from a position of strength.

Because they open and close so fast, you need to be ready:

1) Know your availability

2) Be completely packaged.

What does COMPLETELY PACKAGED mean?

We start out with the easy stuff:

Current Resume, Skills Checklist, Profile, 2 References

Additionally we will need:

1)  Authorization & Release to order a Background Check & Drug Screen prior to assignment

2)  Medical Information:

Every center is a little different, but our basic package includes:

Proof of Immunization or Titers for: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB (Annually)

Tetnus & Flu are also recommended.

What else do I need to know?

The person who you send your resume to will be your CANDIDATE ADVOCATE.

They will assist you in the packaging process, and keep you informed of upcoming assignments.

Go to the Team Page to find person in your Region to email them your resume and a time to chat.

(Both Account Managers and Recruiters can be Candidate Advocates)
